[Plugin: Social] Allow Sign In when registration login required for commment

If you enable the option “Users must be registered and logged in to comment” under Settings > Discussion then the Sign In buttons for Facebook and Twitter are not displayed in the comment form or on the login form that is linked to from the comments form.

Please add this functionality or as option to do so in the next release if possible.
