Allow ratings (1-5) or equivalent for lessons?

While Sensei doesn’t have this ability builtin, you can use Crowdsignal ratings for this.

You can do so by installing the plugin linked below –

And then using the short-code available on the collect responses page –

It will appear this way on your course page:
