Allow List Whole URLs

    1) I don’t have an option to turn off user agent checking since a user agent is part of the HTTP standard. I will add to my “todo” list the ability to turn the option off.
    2) you can white list the IP addresses of GoURL. I found:
    51.255.140.174, but there might be others. Look at allow options and add to the list of allowed ip addresses.
    3) if you ever find a range of ips that works I can add an exception module similar to what I did for paypal payments.

    Yes, there are a few other GoURL IP addresses. I can ask them for a range of IP address.
