    Hi Support,

    Please help I’ve added one of my users email address in Allow List but he’s still getting the request form or the Spammer message.

  • Email us required to register or comment. It can be used of logins, but most people use their login id. If you want to allow an user it is better to use their IP address. If they are using a VPN, most VPN addresses show up as spammers because spammers love to use them.

    Make sure you clear the cache before testing. The person might be in the bad cache.

    It is important to know why the person is being rejected. You can enter their IP address and login id into the Diagnostics form to see exactly why they are being rejected.


    @kpgraham thanks for your quick response.

    I’ve cleared the cache but I believe he’s using dynamic IP so how can I Allow them, if some one uses dynamic IP.

    Also in Allow Request I am getting his IP as well as email address too.

    What to do in such situations?

    The problem with white listing emails is that anyone who has the email address will be able to comment. White listing an email gives every spammer a back door.

    If the dynamic IP is already registered as a spammer the person will be blocked.

    It is very important to find out why the spammer is blocked. You have to look in the logs to see.

    If you want to let people in from known spam address you will have to uninstall the plugin and try some other plugin.
