# Allow HTML tags hack?

 * OK, I opened the Kses.php file and it shows target being allowed, but in comments
   it is stripped and rel=nofollow added. I don’t want rel=nofollow added and I 
   want the target=_blank attribute to remain. The plugins for nofollow don’t work.
   I would rather just hack the files responsible for doing this html stripping 
   and adding of rel attribute.
