    Hi,

Thanks for a very useful plugin. (Shield Security plugin was meant to achieve the same thing, but seemed to have a problem, hence was grateful for yours).

One issue i’ve noted whilst setting up my system with custom error pages – i wanted to redirect bad login url’s to a custom 401 (Unauthorised) error page (based on page template). The standard method of routing such requests is, I understand, to raise/request a url of ehe form mysite.com/index.php?status=401 – UNFORTUNATELY, your plugin strips any parameters etc and only allow a slug.

To get around this i needed to make a wither mod rewrite on my htaccess file to convert the incoming redirect slug to the parameter format above. The end result, is of course an ugly DOUBLE/2-step rewrite/redirect to the 401 page; although ultimately it achieves the desired outcome, it’st a bit ugly.

Is there any way you would loosen up that field and allow url params etc please?

    Many thanks
