As I couldn’t find anything about the following, I thought it’s worth a try and ask you guys. Although I think that not finding anything = doesn’t exist for WordPress.
I wanted to know if there’s a plugin or any codes that enable comments directly IN photos.
What I mean is that readers/users could pick a certain part of one of the photos you’ve posted and add there comment linked to that part in the photo.
Then, when somebody hovers over the photo, frames will show up to signal that there’s a comment for this part. If you hover over the little frame in the photo, the comment will show up.

Is that possible at all and if so, is it difficult to enable?
