• It would be great if you allow category mapping for other channels as well. For example, Heureka, Zbozi and Glami uses its own category mappings. I can set them when I use step=1 in URL but this mapping is not included in final feed. IMHO it would be sufficient if you modify the condition if ((array_key_exists(‘mappings’, $project_config)) AND ($project_config[‘taxonomy’] == ‘google_shopping’)) to if ((array_key_exists(‘mappings’, $project_config))).

Also, you can allow Glami XML feed for Slovakia and Czech Republic (currently it is only for Greece). Specification of the feed is the same.

  • Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

Supporting channel mappings for other channels is more work than just changing the piece of code you copied/pasted above. It would also require quite some additions to be made in the Javascript and jQuery code of our plugin so for now we will not add support for it (too few of our users are requesting it so not worth the time and risk involved). We will keep it on our list of user-requests though, so when lots of other users will request something similar we can reconsider adding it.

With regards to your second issue. We have just pushed out a new release of the plugin, version 11.5.0, that includes the Glami template for Slovakia and the Czech Republic (thanks for the hint).

Thanks for quick reply. And what about some compromise, if you can add filter or action to code, users will be able to implement such behavior.
