Allow Authors to Tweet from Dashboard as Website?

Hi,

I have been looking, but cannot find a plugin to allow all users on my website with the role of “Author” to tweet as my website from the site’s dashboard.

I figured there must be something like this, since there are so many plugins which automatically publish new post updates to Twitter… And these posts are made by anyone with a “publish_post” capability.
