    Hi, I am wondering if there is a work around to allow admin leave notes on each abandoned order? Also, can we link recovered orders to orders list so that admin knows which order is recovered? Thanks

    We currently don’t have an option to add notes to the abandoned order. Can you please share the use case scenario for this so we can understand the requirement better?

    Regarding the recovered orders link, we don’t have any direct link to the orders list in WooCommerce. However, you can search the user email in the WooCommerce order list to find the order.

    Thanks for your reply. The scenario for taking notes is that, staff may contact the purchaser to follow up with orders via other channels. They can leave a quick note to share information across whole team.

    When and where exactly do they add a note? When there is an abandoned order? they add the note on the abandoned cart details view page?

    Hi Shravan,

    The note can be added on either abandoned order list view, or on detail view. I do not have a strong preference. The purpose of adding notes is to allow sales team to share the follow up status of each abandoned order.
