# {all_fields) does not include all sections

 * I have a form that has multiple sections and is paginated. The first page collects
   user data. The second page collects info on one item, then has a check box option
   for another item. The user can input a minimum of 1 item, and up to 6. Each item
   is in a new section. No matter how many items they enter, only the user info 
   and info on the 1st item is sent in the e-mail. It doesn’t matter if I use {all_fields}
   or each individual field tag. Everything else is ignored. Any ideas?

 * We’ll need to check the form and test it so could you share the form?
 * You can export the form by using “export” option from menu under the “gear” icon
   next to the form in question on “Formiantor -> Forms” page. Please download the
   export file and put it on your Google Drive, Dropbox or similar account, then
   share direct (publicly available) link to it in response here.
 * Note: it will only export form configuration/template – it will not include submissions(
   which we don’t need also) so it’s safe in that context.
 * We’ll test it then and see why this is happening and how to address it.

 * Hi Adam,
    Thanks for looking into this. I can tell you I have reproduced the 
   problem on other sites with other forms, so this isn’t isolated. Maybe it is 
   the way I am constructing the form. I don’t know. Any insight would be great.

 * It received everything when using {all_fields} however, we have a reported situation
   when conditionals are not working well on the checkbox if we have capitalized
   letter in checkbox value.
 * Could you try to edit your checkbox and where it says “Yes” replace to “yes” 
   as a value?
 * The label can keep as it is.
