All WP’s Missing Admin Features Wrapped into One Plugin

If you only install one plugin it should be this one. I discovered ASE about a year ago. I add this plugin into nearly all the sites I manage. I rave about this plugin in WordPress groups and hosting groups on Reddit and Facebook.

Need to make the dashboard less cluttered? Use ASE.

Need to make the left side menu less cluttered? Use ASE.

Need to limit image upload dimensions? Use ASE.

Need to re-organise pages, copy pages or move the login page? Use ASE.

This plugin has many features that WordPress should include by default. Even better, the features are modular. They can be enabled or disabled as needed.

The only drawback is that ASE is not fully compatible with multisite. It still works but needs to be activated on a per site basis and one or two features are best left unused on some multisites.

If you’re looking for a good solid plugin to tidy up your admin interface, to disable some core features, to add extra features to core, to improve your admin experience or just to replace several other plugins with one modular plugin this ASE is your plugin.
