works for me.
do you have reseted the counter?
nop, just delete old CPD folder upload new & reactivate!… lemme check on database if there is some info saved
ok if im reflecting the updating process it was like : 1 deactivate 2 delete, 3 upload new cpd folder via ftp……. database is empty to… no more data ;(
however… is there a way to put in the old data manually to cpd?
like alltime visitors & stuff?
ok, think i got … found @ settings…. not sure if it is 100% corect count… but no one cares i think 🙂
yes, you can set a few summary data.
but i don’t know why your database is empty. have you checked it in phpmyadmin? maybe, howsoever, the CpD table was renamed?
no backup?
sure, but today we added so much new content….
if we do use backup (was made last night 00:00)
all today added content will be lost (50 Posts)!
but there is no problem… after 1 month all will look like before!
still added the TOTAL READS/VISITORS count & START DAY/YEAR manually, so the MONTH / WEEK / DAY counts will be regenerated next weeks… there is no rush! thx for CPD & fast support! 😉
oh, i mean, you could restore the CpD table not the whole blog.
but ok, if there is no problem we don’t want to create one. 🙂
btw, Cpd has a backup/restore function too. 😉
YEAH!! just saw there are a lot of features included… didnt noticed before that under *settings* also a optionspage of CPD available… just saw the one @ DASHBOARD all the time…. cause im a noob in some things ..:) but i think i will backup it from now 😉
