I’m able to replicate that issue on your site on my laptop as well. However, as @serafinnyc suggested, try adding the CSS code under Appearance → Customize → Additional CSS and see if that works for you.
Also, please let us know what Astra support suggests so that other users with a similar issue can benefit from it.

Ah then the problem is bigger.
I add the code in the additional CSS and clear all caches.

@0108daniel not necessarily. You may have no overridden it or cache somewhere wasn’t flushed. It could be a number of factors.
Something is injecting that Astra, a plugin, a custom script. You need to follow @shahzeenfarooq instructions of switching themes first then plugins one by one until it’s gone and you see no transition. Then you’ll know which one it is.

I will, but I didn’t see it anymore, only 1 time this morning.
Also in another browser and incognito I didn’t see it.
I just got back to the office and have my laptop now and I do not see the animation anymore @0108daniel You did it!!! Bravo!

I discover another problem now.
On desktop there is a cloudflare message before my site loads.
I had this in the past and was malware.
Then WordPress, woocommerce and a malware remover fix the problem.
But now it is back….
I will have contact our webhost today.

Good to hear the fade issue is sorted out. For the Cloudflare message you’re now seeing on desktop, could you share a screenshot of the exact message? That will help us understand if it’s a security challenge, a block, or something else.
Contacting your web host is definitely a good step since they can check if anything on the server triggered it. In the meantime, once we see the screenshot, we’ll be able to guide you better.
Hi @0108daniel that’s most likely just the CF challenge page loading. Others won’t see it, unless they’re going to be challenged too, but if you or someone in your office are doing a lot of things on the site CF is like dude, what are you doing here? I need to challenge you. So it’s doing it’s thing. Best thing to do is if it’s your own CF account and not your host’s is to add your IP as an allowed IP in CF so you don’t have to see it, but it’s not an issue. It’s a good thing.

Well, everybody can see it on our website.
We get a fake CF massage to verify that we are a human and put a code in the execute in Windows.
Our webhost run a scan and was malware.
Seems like It’s a new malware from March this year that attacked a lot of sites.
The malware is removed.
They can not trace it, but it was not in a plugin.

Goodday,
In the meantime I changed from webhost and let the site rebuild from the beginning.
Now the fading is back!
The site is not running on Astra now.
