Hi @aniljezz thanks for opening the topic. Thanks for the extra information regarding it working in the incognito window. If you open the story in a regular browsing window and do a hard refresh(Ctrl + F5) does that make any difference?

@aniljezz yes thank you for sharing. As your story is showing in an incognito window this sounds like it could be caching related. I can see that you currently have the WP-Optimize plugin active on your site. Would it be possible to try temporarily deactivating this plugin and checking your story once more?
If this shows no difference then it would also be useful if you could try temporarily deactivating your other plugins to see if any of these are causing a conflict resulting in the blank stories. Let me know how this goes.
Hi! I have the same issue, and i do a rollback with Gutenberg plugin, and now my stories its works normally. In incognito window in Firefox its works too, but not in Firefox with the Admin bar enabled (with the newest Gutenberg plugin version the pages its blank – the Gutenberg plugin updated today).
I don’t know if this, or its a another plugin conflict.
Hmm, I’m still waiting for the perfect solution, Hope they will reply me soon as possible, 🙂

@aniljezz thanks for confirming and sorry to hear that. Could I please ask what browser you are using to view your stories in? I know you mentioned that you don’t have this issue in an incognito window but how about when using a different browser to your regular used one?
If you go into your story via the editor and republish the story does this then make a difference to how the story looks for you?
Any screenshots or screen recordings of what you can see would also be helpful if possible. you can use services such as Imgur and Loom for this and share the link in this topic.
Yeah! I followed every single steps carefully, there are no surprises, appealing for everyone who are facing such issue, do not try to break your website by deactivating further plugins including caches plugin, its a confirmed bug from Web Story plugin. Do not make any major changes to your site.

@aniljezz Can you confirm that clearing the browsing data has resolved the blank stories for you?
Others have said that clearing the browser cache solved the problem. In your incognito web browser, it works. It’s likely that either browser caching or browser extensions are affecting how Web Stories show up. Is there anything you can do to clear your mobile browser’s cache before you look at it again?
Here you can do,
Goto your browser > Clear browsing data > Select time range Last 7 days and Hit clear data
