All was fine... until an update made all my Ads expired (4 posts)

This plugin used to be first class... but now it's useless.

And one of the worst thing : the latest update made all my Ads expired for ZERO reason. And unfortunately I only saw this a few weeks later, having lost quite a few hundreds $.

Now I'm looking for an alternative and I will NEVER USE THIS DEVELOPER PLUGIN ANYTIME SOON.

Sorry to hear your ads expired. But that's how it works, always has.

If it takes you several weeks to notice the big bar along the top of the dashboard telling you something is wrong then perhaps the error is not with AdRotate...

And even if you missed that or for some reason it didn't show, all expired ads are clearly marked in the AdRotate dashboard as being expired.

Sounds like you simply weren't paying attention ;).

I set them to expire in 2020 but for some unknown reason your clunky plugin decided that 2014 was a better date to make my Ads expire... It happened on 5 installs so I guess your plugin doesn't understand "2020" the same way as I do.

And no, I don't log everyday on my dashboard, and as you had the "clever" idea to make the notifications a premium feature I didn't receive any email informing me of this.

My clunky plugin works fine for the vast majority of users.
And I haven't heard of this before. Which is probably resolved by clicking "re-evalutate all ads" in AdRotate settings.

Anyway, if you don't log in to your dashboard for several weeks, that's your business. If you had - You'd have seen the notification bar which is clearly visible in the screenshot you posted in your other topic.

You could have prevented all of this by paying more attention to your updates. And of course I would have helped you resolve the issue quickly so you wouldn't loose income.

But good luck finding another plugin.
