all users’ passwords become wrong

    after export and imports in the new site, all password are wrong. i verify with others exporter plugins and this change the encrypted value.

    Hi @ciriman,

    We have tested the same in our test environment and were able to migrate the users including their password. Please make sure that you have selected “yes” for the option Retain user passwords while importing.

    Could you please share the CSV file that you used for importing? You may please delete the sensitive data of the users from the CSV file and share it. You may please share it with us by uploading to Google Drive or any similar service and sharing the link. Or else you may please send it to us via support.
