All twitter comments being added to the same post

There’s a bug in the Social plugin that’s causing all twitter mentions of our twitter name to be added as comments to the same WordPress post from April 2012, even though the tweets don’t reference or link to that post. The post in question is the first one that was published after moving from Blogger to WordPress. This happened suddenly yesterday, when I found over 200 pending comments for the one post.
