Just did a site migration from one URL to another, that should technically not affect anything. But an interesting problem has arisen:
I had set up a custom taxonomy (Work Type) with about six terms applied to many entries of a custom post type. But now when I open up those custom posts in the admin section, the taxonomy list is empty where it says "All Work Types". Stranger, if I click the "Most Used Work Types" tab, all the terms are there and the ones that are applied to the entry are ticked.
If I look at my frontend templates where I've set up queries based on the terms, they too are broken.
So it's like there is some kind of disconnect between WordPress and its relationship with the my custom taxonomy terms?
I'm not an advanced db user, but does someone know the db side good enough to maybe hypotheisize what the disconnect might be?
