All Sliders Blank

    I have just gone to update some old work on my site and it looks as if ALL of my sliders (About 50) are blank! Some of these I can do without but I really need to get back the contents of the one above. The slider contained 152 irreplaceable images that I really need to get back. I tried to Recover Old Slider but that didn’t work and the page now says ‘No slide found in slider’. Is it possible for me to revert to a previous version? Is there some other way to recover these images? (I can’t find them on my server as there are about 100,000 images to wade through and I don’t even have an image name!) Please help.

    By some miracle I found he images backed up on an old thumb drive. I will now have to set it up all again. Not real happy about this situation I must say.

    Same problem here. I tried to recover the sliders but nothing happened, plus i can’t create new slider because the images dont’t show.

    FYI i tried also to backup sliders, uninstall the plugin and reinstall, but nothing happened

    I’m really unhappy about this and think it’s poor form from the developer. You would think that a warning of some kind could have been given before he goes ahead and wipes out many hours of work. Just hope this doesn’t happen again.

    Hi, @cft1946 and @stefanoianna,

    First, take a backup of the sliders:
    1. http://prntscr.com/qsbqn9
    2. http://prntscr.com/qsbre5

    And keep the backup file safely on your google drive or on the local computer.

    After this:

    You need to recover your old sliders using the Recover Slider page.

    Contact me via my site, I will try to fix all for you. Send me the backup file also.

    Thanks for the offer but I have spent the last 4 days re-uploading all images and setting up sliders the way I want them. I still have a way to go but if I get stuck I will contact you for sure.
