    Hello,

Firstly I want to say that I really like the plugin, and secondly I have to mention that I’m not very technical person, so please let me know with what info should I provide you in order to help me with the problem I have.

So last night before sleep I logged to ManageWP dashboard and saw that there is an update on your plugin so I did an update for 3 sites which use your plugin and all of the sudden all 3 sites crashed showing 500 error.

Hosting support told me that they renamed the plugin and now sites are up, because the plugin is now deactivated after it’s renamed.

Any insights of what is happening here? Because I would really like to install the plugin again, but that’s not possible now. I’m on php version 7.0 and I’m using AstraPro theme an all sites, if that means anything to you.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Hi there,
I’m really sorry for the inconvenience. It was a big update and even though I tested the new version extensively it seems that I missed some things. I’m investigating the issue and working on a solution. So far, it seems that the plugin crashes only in PHP 7. Thank you for reporting the issue and your patience.

I released a patch in version 2.0.1. Please try the new version and let me know if you encounter any issues. I wrote more about it here: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/important-update-from-version-1-x-to-2-0-0/

Hey no problem, so now I followed your instructions, deleted and then installed fresh from wordpress dashboard, everything seemeed fine from the dashboard, old stats and settings are there, no crash… but then I opened posts on the site and it’s not there, it’s not showing at all? I cleared the cache, tried with different browsers, but no..

    Thanks in advance.

I’ll check it out. It would be very helpful if you can tell me whether you are adding the widget to pages/posts with a shortcode or automatically in plugin settings.

I managed to reproduce this error in combination with different plugins. Please update to version 2.0.2 and do let me know if it works now.
