we are not aware any kind of bug which would result in lost settings. Is it possible that you updated other plugins/themes/Wordpress itself, or changed your site when this issue happened?

Hy. I updated all plugins (including wordpress and themes). I don’t see the relevance with the settings information written in your plugin.

We discussed this problem with @ateliereleilbah in the support ticket, but I share the cause of the problem here, if somebody would also experience a similar problem.
The issue was connected to a third party plugin or a theme on the site modified some option_value ( including ours ) in the <wp_preffix>options table.
Since we are storing the settings of Nextend Social Login and the settings of the providers there, invalid values will make the plugin load the default values.
Unfortunately in such cases there is nothing on our end what we could do. The only solution is restoring the <wp_preffix>options table to a backup, where the table had the proper details.
