In the list of sales, every one of them shows active cart, does this mean abandoned cart?

Inside that sale it shows the payment is pending and that it is still owned to paypal. Again, does this just mean abandoned cart? https://www.screencast.com/t/iGqfkJEDJbW

Pending can either mean an abandoned cart or it can mean a completed cart that PayPal has not confirmed payment on. That covers a couple different cases: either an IPN that wasn’t received or allowing payments by eCheck, which can take up to a week or so to complete.
