All Products for WooCommerce Subscriptions, Yith Points and Rewards

    My technical support assistance has expired but I have a general question about one of my WooCommerce plug-ins.

    Please give me any information that you may have about known compatibility issues between and Yith Points and Rewards and All products for WooCommerce Subscriptions. There is no conflict between the two accept when points are being redeemed on the checkout page.

    Points can be applied to products on the cart page no problem however when checkout is clicked the points coupon is removed and and the option to redeem points comes back up.

    If I use the point redemption option on the checkout page it will not apply the coupon it reverts back to asking if I would like to redeem points.

    When using All products for WooCommerce Subscription I utilize the cart based method for selecting Subscriptions. There are 4 options in the cart, One time purchase and 3 subscription options. All of my products in the store only have an add to cart option.

    If while in the cart I select the option one time purchase only points can be applied on the cart page as well as the checkout page, successfully.

    If while in the cart I select one of the subscription options, redeeming points can be applied however trying to complete the transaction through the checkout does not work.

    So, again I am looking for any known compatibility issues as well as if there are any know solutions.

    Unfortunately we cannot really offer support in this instance, since A) you no longer have a license for All Products for WooCommerce Subscriptions, and B) the other plugin is not developed by us at all.

    I’ll leave this open unless anyone from the community would like to respond, but if you’d like support directly from us, you’ll need to re-up on the license and file a ticket here:

    @adamkheckler it is considered providing support if you tell me of any known conflicts that you may know of between the two plugins?

    I don’t personally know of any conflicts between those two plugins, nor do we have any listed in our internal bug tracker.
