Oh god, just turned the plugin on, and every single post date was changed to that of today!?!?!?

A lot of things have changed on the site since the last daily backup, so I can’t revert to that.

Is there any way to undo this?

    Thanks

Every republished post gets a custom field added called bte_opp_original_pub_date which contains the original published date. If you’re handy with SQL you could use the information in that custom field to reset the date of all posts. Or you could just reference the custom field and update the posts manually.

    Thanks, that’s a start.

Do you know why this happened?

You’re the first to report this problem so I don’t have an explanation. The plugin does allow you to configure it so that it will republish posts in quick succession, but the default settings upon activation don’t do that.
