All Plugins Gone after 3.9 today

    After opening plugins, all of them are gone after a message about them being deactivated. I tried to add akismet back and I get this message. Similar message with other plugins.

    I could not create directory. /home/drtodd/public_html/wp-content/plugins/akismet/
