all pages and posts give 404

What did i do? all my pages give a 404 where the post/page is. Widgets still load.

Is there a way to reset all changes. My page never loaded the images right from this pluggin and i tried to undo changes and it didn’t work.
I would like to start over as if i didn’t change anything. is there a way to do this?
