All of a sudden, error establishing a database connection

    UGH.
    Okay, so I was editing the theme for my site trying to get nested comments (I was working on style.css, just FYI) and I loaded the site to see if it worked. No, instead, it took about 5 minutes to load the five-minute install page, which freaked me out pretty bad cuz’ I thought I got hacked or something. I loaded the main page again, and this is what I get: Error establishing a database connection. When I saw this, I thought, “Oh. Maybe something in wp-config is screwed up.” So I go to check, and everything’s fine.

    At this point I’m really pissed off, at life in general and at GoDaddy, my host, because I’ve been having problems lately and this was the last straw. Is their MySQL server down or something?

    Could it be anything else causing the problem though? It just happened all of a sudden, so I don’t think I caused it by tweaking(I’ve done that before).

    HELP?

    Hi,

    Please ask the hosting service provider to restart the MySQL and all other services for your domain..it should be MySQL service problem on the server..
