    Since 9th September, anyone who registers as a new member has the same start date (of 9th September).
    When I export the XML file, it has the correct start dates, but it’s not showing in the PMP dashboard.
    All of my plugins are up to date btw.

    Apologies for the inconvenience caused by this issue.

    Please confirm if you are using any PMPro add on like the Subscription delay add on.
    Also please let me know if you have done any code customization relating to PMPro on your site.

    I’m using these PMPro add-ons:
    Email templates
    Mailchimp
    Register helper
    Roles

    No coding changes at all.

    Thanks for the feedback. Do you have a staging site that you can disable all plugins except Paid Memberships Pro and see if this resolves the issue? You may reactivate all your Add Ons one at a time and see if the issue returns, the last plugin reactivated when the issue returns is the culprit and we can look into it further.
