All my prices are suddenly free!

I’ve searched high and low for a solution and couldn’t find anything. On the product back end admin, all prices are properly set and they even display on the shop page (although I hid it) and the product page. They are variable products and there is about 30 combinations, Two variations: size and strength So for example the 30mL 0mg should be 16.99 (this is the minimum price for any variation and displays on the product page, it says “$16.99 ~ $54.99”) Then, when I select a variation, any of them, the price comes back $0.00.
I have worked extensively with woocommerce in the past and have never come across anything like this. The client says nothing was touched and I did not touch anything in about a month (over that month everything was normal). The site has been up for about a year now and operating fine.
It is currently down on maintenance mode (we started getting some orders since everything was free haha).
