All My Posts and Media Dissappeared

Pls Guys i have really messed up because i didnt make a back up on my wordpress before this shit happens. i have over 20000 posts on my blog and i really need your help because i cant start again,

I stumbled this morning on my website just to find out that all my posts arent there again including the Media, But when i checked my categories, i could still see the Total numbers of posts attached to each categories. Moreover i cant also add a new post. I contacted my hosting company for support, Unfortunately they have no wordpress expert, but my logs was checked and it was found out that its either the themes or plugins that are affecting this. I have no idea on what is happening, Please Can i still recover the posts? and how can i fix this,
