All my podcast files are no longer found

After upgrading to 3.0.3 using Automatic Upgrade all of my podcast files say they are not found. The media file information is still on each post with correct size and time but the player on the page says file not found. It was working fine prior to upgrade. I tried upgrading Podpress but no change. I have no idea how to fix this problem and my page is worthless without the podcasts. I did backup my files but Windows will not let me open the files even when I tell it to unblock (and wouldn’t know what to do with them anyway…). Please help!!
