    Hi Kofinyame,

Can you please explain what “all listings not showing” means? Can you give a specific example, such as a category page that should show X but instead shows Y listings?

Also, can you please rule out a plugin or theme conflict as well: businessdirectoryplugin.com/support-forum/faq/how-to-check-for-plugin-and-theme-conflicts-with-bd/

Report back with what you find.

I have 73 listings in 6 directories. I have set up my menu structure to display by Business Directory/Category/Sub-Category. On my previous hosting service all 73 were published and showed up under the category menu and sub-category menu. Following moving the site to the cloud server from the same hosting company, I noted that all the listing changed to Draft status. i manually published them and they changed back to draft after about an hour. Now, no listing is showing when i click my menu or click ‘View Listing”. i always get ‘No Listing Found”

I did the plugin and theme conflict test and still had the same problem with all plugin disabled and with the default theme.

Not sure what would be causing that. We don’t publish listings back to draft on a cron job for any reason. Since it used to work on the old site and not on the new one, I can’t say off hand what is the cause. That seems to point to the cloud service and environment.

Re: “That seems to point to the cloud service and environment.” Any suggestions as to what to look out for or do to resolve this?

Since it’s working on one server but not the other, the problem is unlikely to be the plugin itself, but rather the environment. You need to check each feature on the environments to see what is different—database, WordPress version, PHP (and installed packages), operating system, which plugins you have installed, the actual code you deployed, WordPress mods made by your or your webhost, custom cron jobs running on the new host, etc.

    It could be anything.
