Do they work if you deactivate the Facebook plugin?
I have uninstalled the plugin and still the same.
Do I have to rebuild my permalink structure?
Any other changes you’ve made recently or perhaps upgrading a particular plugin?

No that’s the only change I have made recently, I try the site several times a day. When I log in as admin all the pages posts etc are all there, it just feels like the Mary Celeste. The site is http://psychicrated.com but I have put it into maintenance mode until I can get it resolved.
Site is now back live but still the same. This is completely baffling.
I am having the same problem with dead links but in my admin the links aren’t in the pages section and I don’t know how to relink them to the page I want. Does anyone know how to do this?
yellowlawn Disable all plugins, especially super-cache by renaming the plugin folder. Rename your theme. This will force wp to open with the twentyten theme and no plugins. Add all back until it breaks.

I have got it. For some reason WP forum server that I have had working for a year or so has caused the problem. Sorted by process of elimination with my plugins. Also my .htaccess file was blank for some reason and I never touch that!
