all library images showing up in galleries

First post, hello wp! I’m trying to create a portfolio of my photography, I’ve uploaded a bunch of pics and have set up three individual gallery pages. Recently switched themes and suddenly all of the images I’ve uplaoded to my library will show up (not as thumbnails in the galleries) when scrolling through the galleries, as in images not in the selected gallery. Any idea on why this is happening? It was not an issue with my last theme. Site is http://www.flintsemega.com and the theme is photoline lite. Thank you for any help!
