Hello Anika, no there is no conflict between both plugin. There must be another plugin that is causing the conflict thus producing a blank page. What theme are you using? What version of WordPress are you running?

thanks for rapid respond. It’s WordPress 3.8. I have notices that everything was fine before installing this plugin:( Have to check it again, maybe it is coincidence. xx ANika
Hi Anika, since you are running WordPress 3.8 which was only release a few days ago there might be other factors involved that might be causing your current issue. However like you mention it might be a simple coincidence.
What browser are you using? Make sure that you delete the browser cache and if you have another browser try testing on a second browser.

@anika, The whole plugin is never going to have an issue. One feature in the plugin may conflict. Simply enable one feature at a time and see which one conflicts (if any). Then you can report back with that data which will help us investigate from that angle.
