All-In-One wp Migration stuck restoring files

    Hello
    I am restoring our prod site to a dev server. I have done this many times in the past, but this time the restore of files is stuck at 3%.

    Looking in the error.log I see this entry repeated:
    {“type”:2,”message”:”fclose() expects parameter 1 to be resource, boolean given”,”file”:”C:\\inetpub\\wwwroot\\www\\wp-includes\\functions.php”,”line”:4840}

    How can I resolve this issue?

    Try to increase max_execution_time to 30s. Also, increase memory_limit in PHP to 128M or 256M (the latter being better).
