• Hello,

I’m using version 1.4.6.1 of AIOSP and am experiencing two problems.

    1. After writing a post and entering the necessary values (title, etc.) into AIOSP’s fields and then clicking Save & Continue Editing or Save or Publish, I notice that the AIOSP values I entered are gone. They do show up in my database and I can see them if I view a post’s source. They’re just not visible anymore on WP’s Write or Edit Post pages.

    2. If I try to reposition AIOSP’s text box on both the Write and Edit pages, it jumps to the right of the page and I wind up with a horizontal scroll bar on the bottom of the browser and then the text box just follows my mouse around the page. This just started happening recently. I never had the problem before when I repositioned it. And the reason it needs repositioning is that it has started to show up half buried under the Upload Panel or any other plugin panels I have installed on my sites. I guess it’s some kind of javascript error.

PHP 5.2.3 and MYSQL 5.0.51 on a hosted Linux server using Apache.

Please let me know if there is any more information needed.

    Thank you

  • 1. I really can’t do anything here because I never experienced this. I need a box where this is happening and I can edit the code.

    2. I just copied the look and feel of other advanced option panels, I never intended it to be draggable or tested this. Are you sure it’s not just something in your installation? Again I can’t do anything without experiencing it under my hands and the ability to hack the code.

    Hello uberdose,

    Thanks for replying.

I’m not too sure what you meant in point 1. Are you asking for permission to access the sites’ admin sections to check it out? Let me know.

On point 2, it is indeed draggable. Sometimes it works well, sometimes it creates the scenario I mentioned.

Thank you again for your response. If you need access let me know. If so, I will contact you via your site.

    Peace!

To fix things that I can’t experience on my box I need admin access to a blog where this is happening *including* FTP write access so I can patch my code. It goes without saying that this shouldn’t be a live environment so I can screw things up when I’m testing stuff 🙂
