All in One SEO – Google Search using homepage link for post URL's

    I’m using All in One SEO, Google XML Sitemaps, and Robots Meta to try to get the best possible SEO for my blog. But when I search for keywords from a post the Search Results on Google show all the meta data just as I wrote it, except the URL for the search link goes to the blog home page, rather than to the individual post link. Every post found on Google has the same home page link.

    Does anyone have any idea how I can fix this to show the permalink of the individual post on Google?
