All in one SEO creats non-existent pages in Sitemap.xml

I am using All in One SEO and when it creates a sitemap it lists this as a page:
http://www.vinylmasterltr.com/vinylmaster-pro-home/curves-path-tools/VMP_curves/

This page does not exist?

This is the sitemap:
http://www.vinylmasterltr.com/sitemap.xml

This page exists:
http://www.vinylmasterltr.com/vinylmaster-pro-home/curves-path-tools/

Does anyone know how to fix this as google doesn’t like 404 pages.
