All In One Seo: completed scheduled actions / database entries

Hi team,

1) I see that all in one seo V 4.0 uses Cron and scheduled actions. When i go in tools “sheduled actions”, there are the ones which have beenn completed.

My question is: do we have to clean them manually via “delete functions”, as they are completed or All In One Seo does it on its own ?

2)I got old entries in my database concerning action scheduler. i got the possibility to remove these entries manually, but i think All In One Seo uses this function, despite it is not marked as related to it the entry information.

Do your recommend to keep these entries for all in one seo or can i delete them ?

Hey @yvandupuy,

In the latest version we added a new CRON job that will clean up these scheduled actions records periodically (so basically a CRON job to cleanup other CRON jobs!). 😉

However, you can feel free to delete any completed actions manually. Just don’t delete any of the scheduled ones (pending) though.

1) concerning cron completed task: Ok it is really clear, i can do hwo i want, so it very flexible! well i will let the cron let the clean up for me 🙂

2)What do you thing of the entries i showed you as a second point ? do you it they are necessary for the proper running off all in one seo, or is it another thing ?

I’m not entirely sure what the second screenshot is displaying but since it’s only 128kb it’s very insignificant so I wouldn’t delete them.

Thanks for your answer. I just wanted to be sure that it would not delete any function off of All In One Seo, notamment any function linked to scheduling action ?

They are not linked to AIOSEO but they might be linked to other plugins on your website so I would just keep them.
