    Hello

    Status: Sent
    Solution: All good, mail sent.
    Delivery-URI: smtp:none:none://localhost:25
    Type: Default
    Mailer type: PostSMTP
    I didn’t see any wp_mail problems.

But, I didn’t get the e-mail, I checked the spam folder also and did this multiple times without success.

    Extra info:
The domain is came from another provider, and I’m not sure that is that relevant or not, but these settings are working fine on other sites and this is the only difference between them.

What can I do in this case?

I sent the Mailer type clearly above with bold
    + so many another parameters.

Our clients gave us the feedback constantly, the e-mail didn’t arrive them.
I can confirm that, by the e-mail test part of plugin it says send successfully but can’t find in my gmail account nor in the spam folder.

It seems the plugin does not works with the basic mail() function.

    So the problem still exists.

Unfortunately we are considering to try out another SMTP plugins, because this started to not working for us on multiple servers.

These are configuration and settings issues, please provide the Diagnostic test report and Settings Page > Account tab screenshot.

Also, use Send A test mail feature and share the report of Send test mail with me.

    Thanks
