All Galleries have disappeared

A client notified me today that their galleries are no longer showing up. I logged in and verified then started looking around. All of the plugins are current as well as WordPress (specifics below)

However I did notice that all of the galleries (over 80) have vanished. Needless to say I’m freaking out. I tried restoring a backup (from 5 days ago) with no luck. I checked the FTP and the files are still there but Nextgen isn’t recognizing them. Needless to say with this many images and galleries on the line rebuilding from scratch isn’t really an option because who knows it everything would just drop out again!

Below is what I’ve tried and the current versions. Please help.

Troubleshooting:
Tried changing themes
Tried deactivating all plugins
Tried rescanning existing folders

Running:
Wordpress 4.52
Photocrati NextGEN version 2.1.31
Photocrati NextGEN Plus version 1.3.14
12 other misc plugins such as Yoast & Gravity forms

Dreamhost is hosting provider
