# “All Forms” page blank, bunch of JavaScript errors.

    - WP Version: 6.2.2
    - GiveWP Version: 2.29.1
    - GiveWP Cache: Enabled
 * On a fresh WP install, and fresh GiveWP installed, I’m having trouble viewing
   my created forms. I create one using the “Add Form” button, but it does not show
   in the “All Forms” section. The page gives these errors in the console.
 * Both errors from “give-admin-donation-forms.js?ver=dad9b43d6701e1ad”

 * Can confirm all file permissions and ownerships are correct. There are no caching
   plugins, and I have tried to disable caching from GiveWP with no success. On 
   the “All Forms” page, it’s simply blank. White. Blank. Nothing. Just console 
   errors.

 * Glad you reached out.
 * Can you share with me some information about your environment? Since it’s a fresh
   install, we might be able to replicate it.
 * Please send along your System Info.
 * Navigate to Donations –> Tools –> System Info (tab) and click the button to “
   Get System Report” and copy/paste that in your reply here.
 * That will give me some more context to be able to help. Looking forward to helping
   you get to the bottom of this!
