 * I created a new role for users. This user must have access to the plugin WP All
   Export. How can I do it?

 * You would have to add the [‘manage_options’ capability](https://codex.wordpress.org/Roles_and_Capabilities#manage_options)
   to the role. Keep in mind that this is a high level of access, which is intentional–
   you should only give access to users that you **_fully trust_** because **_the
   user can run any code they want via our Function Editor_**.
