    Hello,

Here is my website : http://paroisses-luynes-milles-duranne.fr/
I use the latest of the lite version of your plugin to manage my mailing list and newsletters.

Here’s the issue : Since the last week of April, some of my subscribers don’t receive my newsletters anymore, even though they are successfully sent and these subscribers are still in the mailing list.

It seems to occur only with recent subscribers. More recently, some subscribers told me that the newsletter went in their spam folder. That’s wasn’t the case before.

What can I do to solve this issue ?

    Thanks for you help.

    Hi,

what I can tell you is, that I always send a test letter to https://www.mail-tester.com/ to be sure not having any issues with my mail server, like a lost DKIM signature, sticking on any mail server black lists etc. etc. – before I send to my list.

The Newsletters’ built in testing tool will NOT tell you anything about mail server configuration or deliverability.

On tools like mail-tester.com you can investigate written mail headers, output on different devices and you will be pointed to what you can do better. I personally never send before I see my 10 points, which is the optimum and tells me that all components will work best for me.

    The best,
    Frank

There are several things to check to ensure good deliverability.

What does the Newsletter plugin’s spam score utility say on the Newsletters > Create Newsletter screen when you prepare the newsletter for sending? What is the score and what is the report? Can you please copy/paste the report here?

Also, do you have SPF and DKIM enabled on your mail server where the emails are being sent from? Are you sending from the local mail server?

I look forward to your response with more details.
