  • Disastrous development!

    When upgrading from 8.0.7 to 9.0.2 all data and settings disappeared. This was a nightmare.

    Luckily I had a backup of 8.0.7 and could reinstall this version.

    We can’t even upgrade to 8.0.8 which contains (according to readme.txt) an “urgent security bug fix”…

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused!
    You must have mis-understood the new version, ticket are no longer available to back-end in latest version. Instead they can be accessed on support page on front-end depending on the role.

    Please create ticket on our website, one of our agent will help you to get it working again.

    I tried again. Clearly, data is no longer visible on both front and back ends. In addition, after updating the back end demands entering all settings from scratch!
    I created a ticket and sent the screen images to illustrate this problem.

    Thank you for getting back here. Can you please share your Ticket ID so that we can look into that?

    Quick Tip: You have to complete the installation process, it will take your old settings if you just keep clicking next to each step there. Once it is completed, you will see your tickets on support page.

    My ticket is #18803770.

    I don’t see a “step to step” installation. In WordPress extensions I only click the “Update to 9.0.2” link:

    which is the standard procedure for updating extensions. I even have an “Automatic Plugin Updates” extension that does it automatically.
