Hello @flatword
Really sorry about the issues you are facing.
Can you please share how exactly did you Refresh the Stats? If possible please share a screen recording of the process. And Share as many details as possible; it would help us understand the issue and assist accordingly.
If you filtered your results you can just choose your preferred date ranges and it will be available again Please take a look at this demonstration here : https://d.pr/v/XBpdg2
I hope it helps
Let me know how it goes
Thanks
All I did was go go Better Links / General/ “Refresh Stats” button.
This is how you had previously told me to get the most current stats. Last time I did it a couple of weeks ago, it worked fine that way.
I tried to attach screenshots here but it only allows images with urls.

Ok I understand. But that button is only refresh the Data from the Databases it’s highly unlikely that you would lose your analytics over this.
Did you run any other operations with any other Plugin on the Database? Because I can assure you that Refresh Stats is not responsible for deleting any data.
Can you please your Console log and see if you find any Error ? For screenshots/or recoding please use Google drive or any other cloud platform
Hope you understand
Thanks
Good idea about using google drive.
Here are the 3 screenshots:

I am not familiar with the location of Console log. Sorry.
I had added and removed some other plugins for popups. But no clearing of data or anything like that.

Hello again @flatword ,
Can you please do a Plugin Conflict test?
- Go to the Plugins menu in the left sidebar.
- Select Installed Plugins.
- Click the checkbox at the top to select all plugins.
- From the bulk actions dropdown, select Deactivate and click Apply. This will deactivate all plugins.
Step 2: Reactivate BetterLinks
- Find the BetterLinks plugin in your list of installed plugins.
- Click Activate to reactivate BetterLinks.
- Check if the issue persists. If the problem is resolved, the conflict is likely with another plugin.
Step 3: Reactivate Plugins One-by-One
- Reactivate each plugin one at a time.
- After activating each plugin, check if the issue with BetterLinks reappears.
- Continue this process until you identify the plugin that is causing the conflict.
Regarding the console log please take look at this video :https://d.pr/v/DUDq9x Or check here for details
Let me know your findings
Thanks
I just checked the analytics page and I see all the data is now displaying for all the BetterLink names at the bottom.
I did not do anything to bring that data back…it just did so on its own somehow.
Quick question though…if I modify the target url (by changing either the domain or the url parameters), will it get a new row in the analytics? Or do the analytics just show by Link Name and not by Target URL?
Thank you

Hi @flatword
I’m glad to hear that the analytics issue is resolved.
Regarding your other inquiry, at this moment, the analytics are recorded under the link name. Therefore, if you modify the target URL (either the domain or the URL parameters), it will still be recorded under the previous analytics.
If you need separate analytics for the updated target URL, I would suggest creating a new link with your updated target URL.
Hope you understand.
Best regards,
Pial
Thank you @iapial for you always-quick and through replies.
