All contact forms not submitting

    Hello,

    All of our forms are not submitting and giving this error:

    Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method.

    the site is using the Honeypot for Contact Form 7 plugin as well. I’ve disabled this plugin and the forms still do not submit.

    Hi, if the form still doesn’t submit with Honeypot disabled (or not present in the form) then it’s not an issue with the Honeypot plugin. You’ll need to try the support forum for the CF7 plugin. This is the support forum for the Honeypot plugin.

    Hi,

    we are using Honeypot for Contact Form 7, but suddenly we are unable to send the mails.
    Could you please check it and let us know whether is it because of the Honeypot plugin or not.

    Also, let us know what happens if we have deactivated the plugin and activate it again, will be its impact on my website?

    Hi @sayali999 – you should disable the Honeypot plugin and see if forms are able to be submitted. If after disabling the Honeypot plugin the forms submit, then there could be an issue with the Honeypot plugin. If that is the case, please open a separate support thread for your issue, describing what happens in detail, including any error messages you see.

    If the form still does not submit after the Honeypot plugin is disabled, then the issue lies elsewhere and you’ll need to seek help in the main CF7 support form.
