Take a look at the settings on your Admin > Settings > Discussion page.
Have you got something in the ‘comment blacklist’ box for example that might be causing it?

I leave the ‘Comment Moderation’ and ‘Comment Blacklist’ box blank.
so that’s really disturbing me.
I’m having this problem too on a Members-only site. Since logon is required to visit the site, I do not have Akismet activated and do not have anything in the Comment Blacklist and do not require any comments to be approved by Adminstrator.
What have you got set in this option:
“Hold a comment in the queue if it contains [X] or more links. (A common characteristic of comment spam is a large number of hyperlinks.)”
(Admin > Settings > Discussion)
What happens if you deactivate all your plugins, does the same thing still happen?

Hi,
I’m using wordpress blog on Blogates.
and I found that all the comments to my blog on the post are in spam ( they’re surely not).
Even I reply the commnets at dashboard , my own comments also were in spam!
I’m sure I closed approve function in setting and links in the comment.
There was no problem like this when i used WP before.
Could anyone help me ?
